A very easy midweek meal for the family. Our Italian meatballs are with Gooralie free range pork mince, fennel, garlic and pepper. The sauce is tomato passatta and our Italian meatball marinade. topped with shredded cheese and parsley. They even come in a foil tray ready for the oven!!!
12 meatballs per tray (min 50g per meatball)
Cooking Instructions:
Cover with al foil and cook at 180c for 30 – 40 minutes, remove al foil and cook for further 10 minutes.
