Ok so most households have a favourite home made 🎄🎄 Ham Glaze, and we were no different until we tried 1926 Ham Glaze last Christmas. This glaze is an AMAZING product, made in small batches by master at his trade, in North Queensland, it has been given time for the flavours to truly combine and almost ferment. The end result is a sweet Orange, Maple & Mustard sticky glaze that compliments the smokiness of the ham beautifully and leaves you with an umami like sensation.![]()
