EASTER DELIVERY CHANGES

  • All orders for home delivery must be in by 6pm on Thursday 9th April. All orders for home delivery after this cut off time will be delivered on Wednesday 15th April.
  • DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR!

    • No minimum order
    • Free deliveries for orders over $60 within the postcode 4573. ($10 delivery charge for orders under $60)
    • Free deliveries for orders over $80 from Caloundra to Noosa . ($10 delivery charge for orders under $80)
    • Deliveries are available from Caloundra to Noosa, eastern side of the Bruce Highway on Fridays. (no public holidays)

    All orders must be placed via online will be delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders must be placed before 10pm the day before delivery. Orders are packed then delivered in Budd's Butchers refrigerated truck.

1How is my order delivered?

Once your order is prepared, it is packed into a box and then delivered in our refrigerated vehicle. This ensures the goods are delivered to you meeting with national food safety standards.

2What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

Ideally your order should be placed in the fridge immediately upon receiving. It is best to have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive the order. Deliveries can be taken to a place of work. If a place of work is the delivery address then we will assume that accepting personal deliveries is within the company rules and regulations.

We understand that sometimes you may not be available to receive your order. If this is the case we will do our best to contact you via the phone number provided with the order to arrange a place to leave it. You can leave out and esky for us or if you have a fridge outside on your property to store the order in upon arrival we will happily leave it there for you. Once your order has been delivered, it is no longer responsibility of Budd's Butchers. All loss or damage of goods passes to you once we hand over the goods.

3How can I pay for my delivery?

You can pay online via our online ordering system. Should you not be home to accept the delivery we will ring you once your order has been processed in the morning for payment over the phone..

4There was a problem with my delivery but i didn't realize until the driver had left.
