Our Free Range Whole Chicken is sourced from premium Beerwah free-range chicken, proudly raised on the Sunshine Coast using high welfare farming practices.

Serving Suggestions
Roast with seasonal vegetables, garlic and fresh herbs, cook on the barbecue with your favourite rub or marinade, or slow cook until beautifully tender. Use any leftovers for wraps, salads, soups or sandwiches.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Roast for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the thickest part of the thigh reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
Allow the chicken to rest for 10–15 minutes before carving.
