Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Place the chicken mini roast into a baking dish and cook for approximately 40–50 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
Cooking Tip: Add your favourite vegetables to the same baking dish to create a simple, delicious one-pan roast.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
