Serving Suggestions
Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potato, fresh salads or seasonal greens. They’re also perfect for marinating with Mediterranean, Asian or barbecue flavours before cooking.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Place the Chicken Marylands into a roasting tray and cook for approximately 45–55 minutes, or until the skin is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
Alternatively, cook on the barbecue over medium heat, turning regularly until cooked through.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
