Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 160°C and cook for 20–25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 2–4 minutes before serving.
Cooking Tip:
Remove the garlic butter before cooking and return it to the steak while resting for a rich, glossy finish.
