Our pork spare ribs are marinated in Chinese Char Siu sauce and ready to cook.

Cooking instructions:

Pre heat oven to 150c. Add a small amount of water to a baking tray and place spare ribs on top. Cover with foil. Cook in the oven for 2 hours. If you want crisp them up at the end just remove the foil for that last 20-30 minutes.

Serve with rice and steamed green veg.
