500gBudd’s Grass Fed Free Range Regular or Lean Beef Mince
2tspsesame oil
2clovesgarliccrushed
2tspfresh gingergrated
1small brown onionfinely diced
1red capsicumfinely diced
3tbspsweet chilli sauce
2tbspsoy sauce
1tbspoyster sauce
1tspsesame seeds
2spring onionsfinely sliced
1small cos lettuceleaves separated
Fresh coriander leaves
1limecut into wedges
Optional: sliced red chilli for extra heat
Instructions
Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Add the Budd’s Grass Fed Free Range Beef Mince and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir through the diced capsicum and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring until everything is well coated and glossy.
Remove from the heat and stir through the spring onions and sesame seeds.
Spoon the beef mixture into crisp lettuce cups and top with fresh coriander, sliced chilli if using and a squeeze of fresh lime.
Serve immediately.
