An easy midweek meal for the family.
A tender porterhouse steak marinated in sundried tomato and basil, topped with spinach, greek feta and semi dried tomatoes, all wrapped up in a lattice style puff pastry.
Cooking instructions: Pre heat the oven at 180c. Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Serve with baked potato and garden salad or roasted veggies.
