Tender eye fillet steak, marinated in a rich red wine and garlic, topped with our own made garlic butter dollop.
Best cooked in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 160c. Allow to rest for 2-4 minutes.
Serve with creamy mash and steamed vegetables.
Tip: Remove the garlic butter dollop before cooking and place back on the steak whilst it is resting.
