This steak is for the meat lovers out there.
A rib on the bone is a tender juicy rib fillet still attached to the rib bone. Best served medium rare.
Cooking instructions:
Pre heat oven to 180c. Rub oil salt and peepper onto both side of the steak. Sear in a hot pan for 2 minutes each side. Place in the oven for 20 minutes to get medium rare. Allow to rest for 2-4 minutes.
