A geat midweek option. Our stroganoff has tender rump stir fry stips, onion and mushrooms. Our stroganoff sauce conatin tomato passata and a gluten free stroganoff flavouring.
Cooking instructiions:
Option 1:
Bake in the oven for 30 minuites at 180c. Add a tablespoon of sour cream and cxook for a further 10 minutes.
Option 2:
Stir fry in a wok until beef is cooked, add sour cream and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta or rice and greens.
