Gooralie Pork Free Range Ribs w. Appleslaw & BBQ Sauce

The weekend's here and it's time for little low and slow! Budd's Gooralie Free Range Pork Ribs are stuff of legend and for good reason!

Instructions
 

  • Here we coated them with Ranger Dry Rub (also available in-store) and left them in the fridge for 24 hours.
    Then we cooked the ribs in an oven pan covered with foil with chicken stock, onion, garlic a large cinnamon quill and a couple of bay leaves @ 170c until tender (about 2.5 - 3 hours) or until super tender but still holding on the bone.
    They are then finished on the BBQ basting with BBQ Sauce and the pan juices until charred and sticky!

Notes

Serve with Appleslaw, more BBQ sauce and a roll or 2 of paper towel! You really can't do anything wrong with this recipe - Add or takeaway ingredients as you want but most importantly start with quality Gooralie Free Range Ribs - And you'll find them @ Budd's!
